Dr. Arti Luthra is the top Infertility Specialist, Gynecologist, Obstetrician in the city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She has more than 25 years of experience in these fields. Her areas of interest are IVF, IUI, ICSI, Male Infertility, Female Infertility, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, and All Related Problems Care. She is the Director, Senior Gynaecologist & Laparoscopic Surgeon at Luthra Maternity & Infertility Centre since 1998.

She is a Member of the International Academic Exchange Committee, FOGSI. She is a Founder Chairperson of Uttarakhand ISAR 2018. Also, Vice-President, Dehradun ObGyn Society 2016-2017.
