Dr. Uma Velmurugan

Dr. Uma Velmurugan is Gynaecologist from Trichirappalli in Tamil Nadu who is currently practicing on Advanced Infertility work, Minimally Invasive Surgery and High-Risk Obstetrics at Venus Fertility Centre and Apollo Speciality Hospital. She has more than 15 years of experience working with various tertiary care center's Obstetrics and Gynaecology units in the United Kingdom.
She has completed MBBS and MD in OG from Stanley Medical College which is amongst the top and prestigious institutes across India. She further went on to add an MRCOG (UK) to her academic career. To further strengthen her skill sets, Dr. Uma Velmurugan underwent a Type 1 specialty training program in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the UK and successfully achieved Certification of Completion of Training (CCT). She also pursued Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Endoscopy from Birmingham in the UK.
