Dr. Paulami Dey is working as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine at Genome - The Fertility Centre, Raipur. She completed MBBS from Government Medical College, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in 2011 and MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2015 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. She also did her Senior Residency in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Gunasheela Surgical & Maternity Hospital, Bengaluru & Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College (Raipur, Chhattisgarh).
She got her training in Reproductive Medicine under Dr. Devika Gunasheela, a pioneer in IVF and Gynaecologic Endoscopy who gave India its 2nd IVF baby at Gunasheela IVF center & Gunasheela Genomics, Bengaluru, Karnataka. She has attended and presented many papers and posters in national workshops and conferences. She has publications to her credit in National and International journals. She was also a part of the team of Fertility Specialists that gave India its first IVF baby using in-house NGS-based PGS Technology on vitrified warmed blastocyst. Her research interest includes Recurrent Implantation failure & PCOS. She follows a patient-centered approach for the treatment of infertility and keeps herself updated on the recent advancements in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery.
