Dr. Rajalakshmi has specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has dedicated herself to the treatment of infertility. She has worked in several leading institutes including, SMART (IVF Center of Sri Ramachandra University). She has also participated in various national conferences and workshops and has undergone ultrasound training from Mediscan. She is the Core Fertility Specialist at the Morpheus Meenakshi International IVF center and has received further training for IVF, Advanced Infertility, and Human Reproductive Endocrinology at Bad Münder, Germany. She provides Fertility Services are Confidential Counseling, IUI (Intra Uterine Insemination), IVF (In-vitro Fertilization), ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection), Blastocyst culture, Cryopreservation, Surgical sperm retrieval, and Donor programs (Egg/sperm/embryo & Surrogacy)

Also, she has undergone specialized training in Reproductive Medicine in Germany and training in ultrasound at Mediscan. Dr. Rajalakshmi completed her post-graduation at Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Hospital in Chennai. She then served as an Associate Professor in the Gynaecology department of this institution and also worked in the hospital's IVF Centre for two years. Dr. Rajalakshmi has participated in various national conferences and workshops over the years.
