Dr. Rajat N Kumar

Dr. Rajat N Kumar is an Obstetrician & Gynecologist & Infertility Specialist in the city of Vadodara, Gujarat 390010. He did MBBS from B.J.Medical College Ahmedabad on merit in 1998, and then got admission into M.S. Gynaecology in Gujarat cancer & research institute & civil hospital, Ahmedabad in 2005. He has been a part of more than 100 Wertheim’s radical hysterectomies & bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection, more than 200 exploratory laparotomies for primary staging or ovarian tumors & interval laparotomies, 5 radical vulvectomies & hundreds of other major & minor gynac cancer surgeries & thereby he gained considerable experience & expertise in pre, peri postoperative management of cancer cervix, ovary & uterus. His thesis topic was ‘ risk of malignancy index in preoperative evaluation of adnexal masses’- a score to calculate the risk of adnexal mass being a cancerous or a non-cancerous one. He completed his post-graduation in 2008. He initially joined as an assistant professor in the department of obs-gyn in Pramukh swami medical college, Karamsad for a while.
