Dr. Lavi Sndhu has done- MBBS, MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She also has a Diploma in Infertility and Clinical ART (Indian Fertility Society and Amity University. Dr. Sandhu is an Infertility specialist with an experience of more than 10 years in the field of infertility. She is a highly trained and well qualified in the field of Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART) as well as Gynaecology. Currently, she is providing her services at Medicover Fertility Rohini Clinic, a state-of-art Fertility Clinic chain, present all over India
She did her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. She was a Gold Medalist in her MS, after which she also became a DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. To stay updated regarding the latest trends and techniques in the field of fertility, she did a Diploma in Infertility and Clinical ART from Indian Fertility Society and Amity University. To further enhance her knowledge, she has participated in various researches. “Prevalence Of Chlamydia Pneumoniae Seropositivity In Early Pregnancy And Its Association With Preeclampsia Among Primigravidae”, is one of the major research papers written by Dr. Lavi Sandhu. While doing her Diploma and training in ART, she gained a lot of experience as a doctor as well as a student. She is a well-versed infertility specialist trained in managing OPDs, planning, stimulating and performing IVF and other ART related procedures like- gynae scans, semen analysis, embryo transfer and more.
Previously she worked as a senior resident in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at Swami Dayanand Hospital for more than 2 years. She also performs diagnostic and operative Hysteroscopy, Hysterectomy and Laparoscopic surgeries. She has experience in managing risky pregnancies and doing C-sections.
Apart from this, Dr. Lavi Sandhu has also taught MBBS students. She is a part of various esteemed societies like- AOGD (Association of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists Delhi), Federation of Gynaecological Society of India and NARCHI (National Association of Reproductive Child Health of India).
